About me
My name is Christi and I am a stay at home mom to my beautiful girl, Alyssa, who will be 2 in October. We are expecting beautiful baby #2 in February of 2007 and couldn't be more excited! I married my wonderful husband, Adam, almost 4 years ago in December of 2002. That same year I graduated from college with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/Marketing Concentration). My dream job was to work in layout and design, but the time I spent in the industry before having a family was spent on more the sales side of marketing. Enjoyable, but not what I truly wanted to do with my life.
Scrapbooking has given me a way to develop my creativity and inspire others, which is what I hoped for when I started working towards my degree in college. I have spend hours creating books and albums for myself as well as family members as a way to keep and treasure memories. Now I'm looking forward to branching out and do that for my customers!
*** What's new in 2006 ***
I have had so much fun making invitations and announcements for friends and family that I decided to add an area to CK Keepsakes specifically for customizing something to honor my customers' special events. Recently I've also discovered how fun and rewarding it can be to making my own greeting cards! No more packing up Alyssa to go to the store and spend hours (it seems) looking for the perfect card. No more shelling out $3-$4 for a card that will probably just get tossed out in the garbage. Its such a lifesaver! So I'm also offering my services as a card maker to save my customers time, energy, and most importantly MONEY ~ you'll have the opportunity to have a wealth of beautiful and versatile cards at your fingers tips with my various greeting card packages.
