Many people spend hours admiring their friends and family members scrapbooks and would love to do that kind of hobby themselves, but just don't know how to get started. They feel like they don't have ideas or time or they lack the creativity. The key is to JUST DO IT!

Scrapbooking can be as involved or as simple as you want to make it. It can be buying a scrapbook, printing out some pictures, buying some stickers, and you can be good to go. Or you can go out and spend hundreds of dollars on embellishments and machines and accessories. The important thing is to just get started. Get in there and get your hands dirty, so to speak. Nothing is irreplaceable. In this day and age you can always get more copies of pictures, you can always buy more paper and more stickers, you can always punch out more die cuts or buy replacement embellishments if something doesn't work out the way you want. As you start playing around with layouts you may discover options that you never would have thought of. You'll be surprised at the creativity that can pour forth if you just let go of your inhibitions, relax, and let loose!
